Community Health Services

General Clinic

General Clinic includes programs such as immunizations, Tuberculin Skin Tests and Laboratory and X-Ray services (X-ray services are limited to TB-related conditions only). Some services are offered for a small fee while some are free of charge. No appointment is necessary for these services.

The Adult Health Clinic mission is to enhance public awareness and understanding of chronic disease, disease-related risk factors and prevention through education.

Migrant Health Program

The Migrant Health Program at the Surry County Health & Nutrition Center provides access to comprehensive quality health care for the temporary migrant farm workers and their dependents during their five to six month's stay in our area.
